Pause By Design - 3 sessions
Dive deep into the Power of Pause and mindfulness with the practicality and awareness of Human Design. This is the best of both worlds!
In session one Jessie will guide you through your unique Human Design and explore how and where you feel like you’re currently thriving and where you may feel struggle or resistance. The additional two sessions are for whatever coaching, mentoring, and support you specifically need. They’ll include everything from practical tips, experimentation, and how to embrace and use Pause based on your Human Design and season of life.
These three sessions are using Human Design as a lens and a touch point so they can be both very specific to an aspect (or aspects) of your Design or life more broadly.
